How will my purchase be delivered?

Our specialized team will ensure a seamless delivery experience by bringing your furniture directly to your home and expertly assembling it for you. We prioritize your satisfaction and convenience every step of the way.


How will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered through our In-Home Delivery service. We carefully consider the size and weight of your online purchase to determine the most efficient delivery method, ensuring that your items arrive safely and promptly.

For larger items, we will deliver directly from an independently owned and operated LICENSEE LEGAL NAME, depending on the store's proximity to your location. After you place your order, we will contact you promptly to schedule your home delivery.

Please ensure that an adult is present when the delivery truck arrives. We understand that timing is important, so if you need to reschedule, please reach out to the delivery provider using the phone number listed in your order confirmation as soon as possible. We request a 48-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.

For purchases over Rs 50,000, we are pleased to offer free delivery within the valley. Please note that if delivery does not occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled date, your order may be treated as canceled. (Order confirmation occurs only after full payment.)


How do I know when my items are arriving?

We will keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process, providing updates on the location of your items from start to finish. You can expect timely communication to ensure you know exactly when to anticipate your delivery.


Is rush delivery available?

Your order is important to us, and we prioritize getting your products to you as quickly as possible. We begin preparing your items for delivery as soon as we receive your order. Please note that delivery times may vary based on whether the products are in stock. Additionally, transportation costs may apply depending on your delivery location and the size of your order.


What if I receive the wrong order or item?

If you receive incorrect items or if your order is incomplete, please contact Customer Care immediately. We are here to ensure your satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation, including facilitating exchanges as needed. Click here for customer care


How should I prepare for delivery day?

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please take a few moments to prepare your space. Remove any pictures, accessories, or items from the walls that could potentially be damaged during the delivery process. Make sure the area where you want your new furniture placed is clear of any obstacles. Additionally, we recommend securing your pets to keep them safe, as our furniture pieces can be large and heavy.

Our delivery team will place and assemble your furniture in the room of your choice. However, please note that they are not authorized to move existing furniture, electronics, or other household belongings. They also cannot set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors, or make electrical connections for entertainment units.


What happens if my furniture is damaged while assembling?

Rest assured, since our team provides assembly services, we will take responsibility for any damage that occurs during the assembly process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure everything is handled smoothly.


What happens if I live on the 2nd, 3rd, or higher floor?

We will deliver your furniture to your doorway or garage. However, you will need to manage moving it upstairs. Rest assured, our team will handle the assembly for you once it’s in your home.
