What if my item arrives damaged?
We understand how important it is for your items to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We are responsible for ensuring your satisfaction and will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means replacing the damaged item or finding another suitable solution. Your peace of mind is our priority.
What if I don't want my item for any other reason than damaged?
For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than damage, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your item. A valid reason for the return is required, and the products must be in sellable condition. Please note that a 20% charge will be deducted from the invoiced value of the products. The acceptance or rejection of returned products will be determined by the Ashley Team.

Mattress: No returns accepted. To receive a full refund, all items must be in new/unused condition and returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in their original packaging (unless the packing was removed as part of In-Home Delivery). Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless delivered damaged. Return shipping fees may apply.
